Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience as an RV technician
Working knowledge of all aspects of RV maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and propane systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair RV systems
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Salary
Starting at 25$ per Hour
RV Technician Job Duties
Installing and repairing RV appliances such as stoves and refrigerators
Diagnosing breakdowns and performing routine maintenance on generators, air conditioners, plumbing systems, and other components of RVs
Installing electrical wiring, plumbing lines, cabinets, flooring, and other interior components into new RVs
Troubleshooting electrical problems with electrical components such as generators, batteries, inverters, and solar panels
Installing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles such as motor homes, trailers, fifth wheels, pop ups, and camping trailers
Installing and repairing satellite dishes and other communication equipment
Installing and repairing recreational vehicle equipment such as entertainment systems, security systems, plumbing systems, roofs, air conditioners, and heating systems
Installing and repairing appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and water heaters
Performing basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
